Tapioca - Curry Cut - കപ്പ വെക്കാൻ പാകത്തിന് - 500gm

Tapioca Curry Cut (kappa vekkan pakathinu) in a 500 g pack, cut into small pieces ready for cooking. Kappa is pure Kerala comfort food, and this cut is meant for kappa vevichathu or kappa puzhukku, where the tapioca is boiled, drained and mashed with a crushed mix of coconut, shallots, garlic, green chilli and curry leaves.

Serve it with fish curry, beef fry or a sharp kanthari mulaku chammanthi.

Cut tapioca does not keep well. Cook it on the day of delivery, and refrigerate briefly in a covered container if you must wait a few hours.
