Delivery area
We deliver within about 10 km (straight-line distance) of our store at Palarivattom, Kochi - including Kakkanad, Edappally, Vazhakkala, Thrikkakara, Kadavanthra, Vyttila, Kaloor, Palarivattom, Vennala, Infopark, Kacheripady, Elamakkara and nearby areas. Choose your area or use your current location on the website to confirm we reach your address before you order.
Delivery slots
Orders are delivered in slots between 9:30 AM and 8:30 PM, every day. Same-day slots can be booked until shortly before each slot begins (the cut-off is shown at checkout); next-day slots are always available. You choose your slot at checkout.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on orders above Rs 1,000. Orders below that have a delivery charge, shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
Freshness and handling
Fish, meat and chicken are cleaned, cut and packed shortly before dispatch and delivered chilled. Please refrigerate on arrival and use within 24 hours, or freeze.
