Peeled and Cleaned Premium Savala (onion) in a 500 g pack. The outer skin is removed, so the onions are ready to slice or chop straight away, saving time when you are cooking in bulk for biriyani, chicken curry, beef roast or egg roast.
Slice thin and fry slowly for biriyani garnish, or chop fine for the masala base that most Kerala non-vegetarian curries start with.
Peeled onions do not keep as long as unpeeled ones. Refrigerate them in a closed container and use within a few days.
