Instant Vendakka Thoran Kit - 400 gm

Instant Vendakka Thoran Kit, a 400 g pack with 300 g vendakka (lady's finger), 100 g grated coconut, about 7 peeled shallots, 5 green chillies and curry leaves. It brings together everything for a simple Kerala vendakka thoran.

Cut the vendakka into small rounds, then stir-fry in coconut oil on medium heat, uncovered, until it is no longer slimy. Add the coconut crushed with shallots and chillies, season with salt and finish with curry leaves.

Refrigerate on arrival and cook the same day.
