Instant Payar Thoran Kit - 400 gm

Instant Payar Thoran Kit, a 400 g pack with 300 g payar (beans), 100 g grated coconut, about 7 peeled shallots, 5 green chillies and curry leaves. All you add is oil, mustard seeds, turmeric and salt.

Chop the payar into small pieces, cook with turmeric and salt in a covered pan, then add the coconut crushed with the shallots and chillies. Toss for a couple of minutes, finish with curry leaves and serve with rice, sambar or moru curry.

Refrigerate on arrival and cook the same day for the best taste.
