Instant Kaya-Achinga Mezhukkupuratti Kit, a 400 g pack with raw banana (kaya, about 320 g), achinga payar (long beans), shallots, green chillies and curry leaves. It is a classic Kerala stir-fry, ready to cook.

Cook the kaya cubes and cut payar with a little water, turmeric and salt until soft and the water dries. Then heat coconut oil, splutter mustard seeds, add the crushed shallots, chillies and curry leaves, and toss everything together until lightly browned.

Refrigerate on arrival and cook the same day.
