Instant Cabbage Thoran Kit - 400 gm

Instant Cabbage Thoran Kit, a 400 g pack with 300 g cabbage, 100 g grated coconut, about 7 peeled shallots, 5 green chillies and curry leaves. It has everything for one of the quickest Kerala side dishes.

Shred the cabbage finely, then temper mustard seeds in coconut oil, add the crushed shallots, chillies and curry leaves, followed by the cabbage with turmeric and salt. Cook uncovered for a few minutes so it stays slightly crunchy, and finish with the coconut.

Refrigerate on arrival and cook the same day.
