Instant Beetroot Thoran Kit - 400 gm

Instant Beetroot Thoran Kit, a 400 g pack with 300 g beetroot, 100 g grated coconut, about 7 peeled shallots, 5 green chillies and curry leaves. It brings together everything for a bright, sweet Kerala thoran.

Grate or finely chop the beetroot, temper mustard seeds and curry leaves in coconut oil, add the shallots and chilli, then the beetroot with salt. Cook till soft and finish with the grated coconut. Lovely with rice, sambar and pappadam.

Refrigerate on arrival and cook the same day.
