Instant Beef Ularthiyathu Kit

Instant Beef Ularthiyathu includes Beef(500gm), Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Chilly, Shallot, Curry Leaves, Coconut Bites(150gm)  RECIPE= Chop the meat into bite-sized pieces. Wash and clean well. Cook the meat in a pressure cooker along with spice powders like turmeric, chili, kashmiri chili, pepper, and garam masala. Add salt and only a quarter to half cup water and cook for about four to five whistles. Fry separately the finely chopped onion, shallots, ginger, garlic, coconut bits, and curry leaves. Remove. Cook the meat in a kadai until dry. Add the fried ingredients and mix well. Garnish with fried curry leaves and serve hot with Kerala Porotta or rice.
