Instant Afghani Chicken Kit

Instant Afghani Chicken includes Chicken(500gm), Onion(50gm), Chilly, Garlic, Ginger, Coriander Leaves(50gm) RECIPE=  Take cashews(15nos) and yogurt(4tbsp) in a blender and puree till smooth and keep aside .Then the same blender(2 tsp Ginger Garlic , onion, coriander leaves  and puree till smooth. Take all ingredients(1 tsp Black Pepper Powder,1 tsp Garam Masala Powder,1 tsp Chat Masala Powder, Salt to taste,1 tbsp Lemon Juice,4 tbsp Fresh Cream,1 tbsp Kasuri Methi Leaves (Dried Fenugreek Leaves), and the ginger paste and except oil(2tbsp) in a bowl and mix well. Let it marinate for 2 hours. Heat oil in a pan. Add in chicken pieces and fry till golden brown. Now add in remaining marinate into the pan, add some water. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 to 20 mins
