Cleaned Potato Cuts (urulakizhangu) in a 250 g pack, cleaned and cut into small cube or large cube, as you choose. It is ready to cook straight away for busy mornings.

Small cubes suit potato mezhukkupuratti, potato masala for dosa, upma and fried rice; large cubes are good for vegetable stew, kurma, chicken curry and roasts.

Cut potato turns brown when exposed to air, so keep the pieces refrigerated in a closed container, or covered with water in the fridge, and cook on the day of delivery.
