Cleaned Pomegranate (mathalanaranga), ready to eat with the fiddly work of opening the fruit and separating the seeds already done. It is a convenient fruit for lunch boxes, breakfast bowls and snacking.

Sprinkle the ruby-red seeds over fruit salads, raitha, chaat, sprouts salad or curd rice, or blend them into fresh juice.

Cleaned pomegranate is perishable. Refrigerate it in a closed container as soon as it arrives and eat within a day or two.
