Chopped Pumpkin / Mathanga / മത്തങ്ങ - 250gm

Chopped Pumpkin (mathanga) in a 250 g pack, cleaned and cut in large cube or small cube, as you choose. It saves the work of cutting through a hard pumpkin.

Large cubes are best for mathanga erissery with red cowpea and roasted coconut, olan and sambar. Small cubes suit a quick pumpkin thoran, kootu curry or soup.

Cut pumpkin should be refrigerated in a closed container and cooked within a day or two.
