Chopped Lady's Finger / Vendakka / വെണ്ടയ്ക്ക - Round Cut - 250gm Pack (Ozone washed)

Chopped Lady's Finger (vendakka) Round Cut in a 250 g pack, washed (ozone washed) and cut into neat rounds. It is ready to go straight into the pan for vendakka mezhukkupuratti with onion and chilli, a crisp vendakka fry, or vendakka theeyal.

To keep it from turning slimy, cook on medium-high heat without a lid and add salt towards the end. A spoon of curd or a squeeze of lemon also helps.

Cut vendakka is best cooked on the day of delivery. If needed, refrigerate uncovered on a paper towel and use by the next day.
