Cauliflower Cuts in a 500 g pack, cut into florets and ready to cook, with no leaves or stalk to deal with. Cauliflower is popular in Kerala homes for gobi manchurian, cauliflower fry, gobi 65, cauliflower kurma with chapati, and in fried rice and vegetable stew.

Before cooking, drop the florets into hot salted water with a pinch of turmeric for a few minutes, then drain. This cleans them and helps them cook evenly.

Refrigerate in a closed container and cook within a day or two.
