Cauliflower / കോളിഫ്ലവർ - 1nos 600gm - 1000gm Pack(Ozone Washed)

Fresh Cauliflower, one whole head of about 600 g to 1 kg, ozone washed. Cauliflower is a favourite for gobi manchurian, gobi 65, cauliflower fry, kurma with chapati, and in fried rice and vegetable stew.

Cut it into florets, then soak them in hot salted water with a pinch of turmeric for a few minutes and drain. This cleans the florets and helps them cook evenly.

Store the whole head in the fridge, loosely wrapped, and use within four to five days. Once cut into florets, use within a day or two.
