Peeled Small Onion (shallot, kunjulli) in a 100 g pack, ozone washed and ready to use. Peeling a handful of shallots is one of the slowest jobs in the kitchen, and this pack takes it off your hands.

Shallots give Kerala food its sweet, sharp depth: crush them for chammanthi, slice them for the tempering on sambar and thoran, or use them whole in ulli theeyal and ulli curry. They also bring flavour to fish curry, egg roast and chicken curry.

Peeled shallots do not keep as long as whole ones, so refrigerate in a closed box and use within two to three days.
