Chopped Beetroot (beetroot arinjathu) in a 250 g pack, washed (ozone washed) and cut in small cube or large cube, as you choose. It is ready for cooking with no staining of hands or chopping board.

Small cubes are ideal for beetroot thoran and cutlets; large cubes suit beetroot pachadi, vegetable stew and roasting. You can also boil the cubes and toss them into a salad.

Refrigerate in a closed container as soon as it arrives and cook within a day or two.
