Beetroot Thoran Cut in a 250 g pack, washed (ozone washed) and finely cut, so you can go straight to the pan. Beetroot thoran is a colourful Kerala side dish: temper mustard seeds, shallots and green chilli, add the beetroot with salt and cook till tender, then finish with grated coconut and curry leaves.

The same fine cut works for beetroot pachadi with curd, cutlets, or mixed with carrot for a two-colour thoran.

Refrigerate in a closed container and cook it the same day or the next.
