Premium Tomato / തക്കാളി - 250gm Pack (Ozone washed)

Premium Tomato (thakkali) in a 250 g pack, ozone washed. Tomatoes go into almost every Kerala curry base, adding tang and colour to chicken curry, egg roast, fish curry and beef masala. Use them for rasam and sambar, a quick tomato curry with coconut milk, or sliced into a salad with onion and green chilli.

Keep firm tomatoes at room temperature, out of direct sun, until they are fully ripe, then move them to the fridge and use within a few days. Wash just before cutting.
