Premium Tender Goat / Mutton Curry Cut in a 500 g pack, cleaned and cut to order into bone-in curry pieces. Goat meat has a rich flavour that suits the slow-cooked Kerala way: mutton curry with roasted coconut, mutton stew with appam, pepper mutton roast, or a fragrant Malabar mutton biriyani.

Pressure cook the pieces with ginger, garlic and spices until tender, then finish the gravy or roast in coconut oil with onion and curry leaves.

Refrigerate on arrival and cook within a day, or freeze. Thaw in the fridge before cooking.
