Cucumber / വെള്ളരിക്ക - 500gm Pack (Ozone Washed)

Fresh Cucumber (vellarikka) in a 500 g pack, ozone washed. Crisp green cucumber is perfect raw: sliced into a salad with onion and lemon, grated into raitha for biriyani, or made into the Sadya favourites vellarikka kichadi and pachadi with curd and mustard.

It is also a refreshing snack on hot Kochi afternoons, with a sprinkle of salt and chilli powder.

Store cucumbers in the vegetable drawer of the fridge and use within four to five days. Once cut, cover the open end and use within a day.
