Cleaned Koorka (Chinese potato) in a 200 g pack, cleaned and ozone washed. Anyone who has cleaned koorka at home knows it is fiddly work, rubbing off the thin skin from dozens of tiny tubers, so this pack saves real time.

Koorka has an earthy, slightly sweet flavour that Kerala homes love in koorka mezhukkupuratti, a simple stir-fry with shallots, garlic and coconut oil, or cooked together with beef or chicken.

Cleaned koorka discolours if left out, so refrigerate it in a closed container and cook within a day.
