Chicken Biriyani Cut / ചിക്കൻ ബിരിയാണി കട്ട് (500gm)

Chicken Biriyani Cut in a 500 g pack, cleaned and cut to order into larger biriyani-size pieces, a mix of bone-in and boneless, that stay juicy through dum cooking. It is a good size for a small family biriyani.

Marinate with curd, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli and garam masala, cook with plenty of fried onion and tomato, then layer with kaima or basmati rice, ghee, mint and coriander for a Malabar-style biriyani. It also works for chicken roast and ghee rice.

Refrigerate on arrival and cook within a day, or freeze. Thaw in the fridge before cooking.
