Capsicum Green / കാപ്സിക്കം Green 100gm - 150gm (Ozone Washed)

Capsicum Green, about 100 to 150 g per pack, ozone washed. Green capsicum has a mild, slightly grassy flavour and stays crunchy when cooked quickly. It is a must for Indo-Chinese favourites like chilli chicken, gobi manchurian, fried rice and noodles.

In Kerala kitchens it also goes into egg masala, capsicum stir-fry with onion, pizza toppings, sandwiches and salads.

Store capsicum whole and dry in the vegetable drawer of the fridge and use within four to five days. Remove the seeds and white pith before cutting.
